We had three judges and 24 Brewminaries taste and rate the beers brewed to compare three variations of mashing. 

On the afternoon of March 30th, just two weeks since we officially started the Brewminaries, a crew of Brewmies gathered on Bitter & Esters to brew a recipe based on Pliny the Elder to test three conditions for dry hopping.
