Mash:

113F Ferulic Acid Rest (20 min) - 5.6PH

145F Maltose Rest (35 min) - 3g CaSO4, 1,5g CaCl, 1.25ml Phosphoric Acid - 5.4PH

160F Dextrinization Rest (35 min) - pulled 1.5 gallon decoction for mash out

Boil:

12g Centennial @ 60 minutes

Yeast: Safale - WB06

1.5g for 1 gallon (Low)

4.3g for 1 gallon (Recommended)

7.6g for 1 gallon (High)

62F primary with a steady slope to 70F over 14 days. Crashed to 33F for one day before packaging.

Gravity:

OG: 1.046

FG: 1.006 Low / 1.005 Recommended & High

Packaging:

Bottled each condition with 1.2 oz of table sugar, targeting 3 vols of CO2
